Privacy policy

Jarrell Pest Control is a website operated by Realistic AI LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you call the number here, send the form or simply read the pages, and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect what a pest control company needs in order to call you back, and we pass it to one that is licensed to work at your address. That is the point of the site. We do not sell it, and it does not go on a marketing list.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, the address needing treatment, phone number and email.
• What you tell us: the pest you have found, anything you describe about it, and any photograph you attach.
• Site data: pages viewed, the link that sent you here, browser type and approximate city from your IP address.

We do not take payment on this site, so we never see or hold your card details.

How we use it

1. To pass your enquiry to a licensed pest control company that covers your address.
2. To contact you about that enquiry if we need something clearer before we can place it.
3. To keep a record of what we sent and who we sent it to, so we can answer you if you ask later.
4. To see which pages people arrive on, in the aggregate, so the site can be made more useful.

Calls and text messages

When you send an enquiry or call the number on this site, you are asking to be contacted about pest control at your address. That means the company we pass it to may call or text you about it, and so may we if something needs clarifying.

It does not mean marketing. We do not add you to a list, and neither the enquiry nor your number is sold. If you want it to stop, say so on the call, reply STOP to a text, or email us and we will remove you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to serve pages and to remember a form you have already submitted. We use analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, including whether a call button was pressed. That is measured as a count, not tied to your name.

Who we share with

Sharing your enquiry is the service. Being plain about who gets it matters more here than anywhere else on this page.

• A licensed pest control company covering your address. They receive what you sent so they can contact you and quote. Once they do, your dealings are with them and their own privacy policy applies.
• Our suppliers: the company that hosts this site, the service that delivers our email, and our analytics provider. They handle data on our behalf and for nothing else.
• Anyone the law requires, which is rare and which we would tell you about unless we were forbidden to.

That is the whole list. Your enquiry is not sold, not auctioned to whoever bids, and not passed to unrelated marketing companies.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what you sent us, and which company it went to. Email or call and we will send it within one business day.
• Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are required to keep it.
• Ask us not to pass it on. Say so before you send it, or straight after, and it stops with us.
• Ask the company that contacted you to delete their copy. That request goes to them, not to us.

How long we keep records

Enquiries are kept for two years, so that we can answer a question about one long after it was sent. Analytics is kept in aggregate and holds nothing that identifies you.
